I appreciate that this boutique hotel has reenergized an old building and has refreshed it with fun, fresh decor. I booked the hotel for my husband and myself for our 2 nights in Copenhagen because it is relatively close to the Copenhagen central station and for its advertised air conditioning. Alas, no air conditioning! They offered a Dyson fan that was described to me at check-in as “better than air conditioning” lol. Sadly, the fan was not up to snuff for the warm temperatures in Copenhagen the past two sweaty nights. Other issue is no coffee maker in room nor easy way to access coffee. I was not seeking luxury experience: A/C & morning coffee are hotel basics when I’m traveling, & Coco failed to deliver these. Otherwise, positives were: a very pretty, spacious living area in our suite, a lovely courtyard bar/restaurant area, & friendly and hard-working staff at reception.

Great hotel within easy reach of the central station, making it a convenient and central location for exploring the city. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to provide a firmer pillow in the room or cupboard as an option. That said, I requested one at reception and the staff kindly replaced it for me straight away. One thing to note is that the music from the courtyard was a little disruptive on the first night. We had been travelling all day and were quite tired, and because the weather was hot, we needed to keep the window open to cool the room down. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options available at the buffet. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. They also took the time to recommend places to visit and experiences to enjoy during our stay, which was a thoughtful touch and helped us make the most of our trip. Overall, I would happily recommend staying here.

Coco Hotel was one of the nicest places we stayed in Copenhagen. The hotel feels calm, cozy, and well designed without being too much. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The location is also really convenient — easy to get around the city, with good coffee bars and restaurants nearby. Everything felt clean, simple, and comfortable.

NO COFFEE MAKER, AIR CONDITIONER OR FRIDGE. This place is about making money, not your comfort. No coffee maker in the room but $10 lattes from them if you like (after a 15 min wait one day). Hotel breakfast $80 CAD for 2 people is insane but doubly so where there's no bacon or sausage and only soft boiled eggs. Lots of yogurt though... expensive yogurt. It is a nice looking place. When you get service it is pleasant but you could wait awhile on afternoons of the patio for anyone to come by and ask if you want anything. Cleaning service didn't give us toilet paper for 2 days, I had to call the desk and ask for more... very chique. But it is a great location.

Perfect Hotel for ur stay in Copenhagen! The staff are amazing and friendly! Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The location is the cherry on top you can literally walk everywhere or even take buses if you aren’t in the mood to walk. Locked in as my favorite stay in Copenhagen
