Very upscale boutique hotel near Tivoli. We asked AAA for an accessible hotel and unfortunately there was 2 steps into the hotel and the dining room. Otherwise it is accessible with an elevator to the rooms.
We booked the Best Western Hotel Hebron as it was conveniently located close to the central train station and Tivoli Gardens. Our twin room was clean and spacious and served as perfect base to be out exploring Copenhagen all-day. The breakfast was a continental style and included some hot options. The staff were excellent. We would highly recommend and would book again.
Our wedding trip to Copenhagen was truly unforgettable, and our stay at Best Western Hotel Hebron made it even more special. The hotel felt so cosy and welcoming from the very first moment. Every detail seemed carefully thought out, which made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of City Hall and the city center, making it ideal for exploring the city together. The breakfast was excellent and very complete, with plenty of options every morning. Above all, the reception staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality helped turn this beautiful trip into an unforgettable memory for us.
Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing, there was loud power drilling and banging starting early in the morning for 2 days. I went upstairs to see they were doing what looks like renovation. They should not have let someone into the room directly below. After 2 days of this, if I was staying another night I would have requested a room change. Everything else was great, room is quite small but fine for me at this price point. Breakfast was really good. Location near the station was great. Heater worked great. Blackout curtains don't quite do the job though, a fair amount of light leakage around the edges though. Very quiet.
Very nice stay! Breakfast was well arranged- even at the busy times. Rooms were clean, very minimalistic, we were missing an AC, but the beds were amazing. Location is perfect, very close to central station and a good starting point for exploring the city. We would be back!
